Create an account

Go to insomniarx.com/provider/signup to create a Provider Account. Fill out a few details about your practice and create a password you'll use to log in.

Submit the referral

Log into your Portal Account and click "Add Patient Now." Enter referral details, including referring practice and patient information, then select SleepioRx as the treatment and click "Add Patient & Send Invitation."

Track patient progress

Log in to your account at any time to view your patients' progress and outcomes from SleepioRx via the provider dashboard.

What happens after I've referred a patient?

After a referral is made, The SleepMD team will take care of everything from beginning to end, including providing access and onboarding to SleepioRx and related patient follow-up.

After you submit the referral, The SleepMD will:

Contact the patient via SMS, email, and/or phone to schedule a virtual appointment

Invite the patient to complete a brief intake assessment

Verify insurance benefits to ensure care is 100% covered, usually at no cost to the patient⁵

Meet with the patient, document clinical need for CBT-I, order SleepioRx, and provide instructions on how to access it

Provide follow-up care, as needed
