Most patients pay $0* for SleepioRx. What you owe (if anything) depends on your insurance. Keep reading to see what to expect.

Will I have to pay for SleepioRx?
Most patients pay $0* for SleepioRx. What you pay depends on your insurance.
You may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance plan. This is not a bill. It shows how your SleepioRx order was processed. The amount listed is not what you need to pay, and our patient support programs may cover your cost.
If you do owe anything, you’ll receive a bill directly from your provider following their usual process. Big Health has patient support programs in place to help eligible patients with their remaining cost share. Often, your provider will handle the application for you, so no action is needed. If you do receive a bill, you can apply directly for our patient support programs at sleepiorxsupport.com.
If you have questions about your cost share, contact us at (415) 645-5777 or sleepiorx@caretria.com. Please note it may take 30–90 days after your provider places your SleepioRx order for your bill to reflect patient support program coverage.
You may owe your standard outpatient cost share, but with our Copay Program, you’ll pay $0*
- Most patients pay $0* if they have secondary coverage (such as Medigap for Medicare, or TRICARE for Life).
- Without secondary coverage, you will pay your standard outpatient cost share (for example, up to a $50 copay or about 20% coinsurance).
- If SleepioRx is not covered, you may qualify for free access through our Patient Assistance Program.
